1. 天皇大命良麻等勅久今日行賜比供奉賜態尓依而御世御世当弖供奉礼留親王等大臣等乃子等乎始而可治賜伎一二人等選給比治給布。

2. 是以汝等母今日詔大命乃期等君臣祖子乃理遠忘事無久継坐牟天皇御世御世尓明浄心乎以而祖名乎戴持而天地与共尓長久遠久仕奉礼等之弖冠位上賜比治賜布等勅大命衆聞食宣。

3. 又皇太子宮乃官人尓冠一階上賜布。

4. 此中博士等任賜部留下道朝臣真備尓波冠二階上賜比治賜波久等勅天皇大命衆聞食宣。

I proclaim, all of you hear the edict I proclaim as the words of the Emperor that says: “For the actions I perform and serve today, I choose and reward one or two people who should be rewarded, starting with the Imperial children and gathered Lords who serve in my reign.
