1. 現神御宇倭根子天皇詔旨勅命乎親王諸王諸臣百官人等天下公民衆聞宣。

2. 高天原由天降坐志天皇御世乎始而中今尓至麻氐尓天皇御世御世天豆日嗣高御座尓坐而治賜慈賜来食国天下之業止奈母神随所念行佐久止詔命乎衆聞宣。

3. 如是治賜慈賜来留天豆日嗣之業今皇朕　御世尓当而坐者天地之心乎労弥重弥辱弥恐弥坐尓聞看食国中乃東方武蔵国尓自然作成和銅出在止奏而献焉。

4. 此物者天坐神地坐祇乃相于豆奈比奉福波倍奉事尓依而顕久出多留宝尓在羅之止奈母神随所念行須。

5. 是以天地之神乃顕奉瑞宝尓依而御世年号改賜換賜波久止詔命乎衆聞宣。

6. 故改慶雲五年而和銅元年為而御世年号止定賜。

7. 是以　天下尓慶命詔久冠位上可賜人々治賜。

8. 免武蔵国今年庸当郡調詔天皇命呼衆聞宣。
